Die Kapseln haben eine durchschnittliche Größe und lassen sich einfach mit Wasser schlucken. Bei mir sind auch keine unangenehmen Begleiterscheinungen oder Nebenwirkungen aufgetreten. Die Zusammensetzung finde ich sinnvoll und stimmig, die Inhaltsstoffe sind auch auf der Dose aufgedruckt. Die Plastikdose finde ich weniger schön, hier könnte Braunglas verwendet werden. Der Preis ist durchschnittlich, vergleichbar mit ähnlichen Produkten.

Das ZEN Anti-Stress Supplement ist eine gute Ergänzung für stressige Zeiten. Die Kombination der Inhaltsstoffe scheint eine beruhigende Wirkung zu haben. Die Pflanzlichkeit der Kapseln ist ein Pluspunkt. Dennoch dauerte es etwas, bis ich eine spürbare Wirkung bemerkte.

Die hier angebotene Bisglycinat-Variante soll sehr gut resorbiert werden. Insbesondere Taurin ist hier eine interessante Beimischung für den Fokus. Auf jeden Fall vertrage ich das Magnesium von hexagon sehr gut und komme gut ohne Muskelbeschwerden durch die WorkOuts.
