⚡ INCIDENT: My NAD+ 60 capsules pill organizer is only half filled (NAD+ 60 Capsules, LOT: I25110)

We inform you that a small quantity of NAD+ 60 capsules (2 months) pill organizers from a specific batch I25110 have been affected by a labeling error.

Products originally intended to contain 30 capsules were mistakenly labeled as 60 capsules. A recall of the batch is underway, but it is possible that you have received one of these bottles.

If you have a bottle from this batch, we invite you to contact us directly by using the email support@hexagonsupplements.co by sending us your order number + a photo of the bottom of the pill organizer showing the batch number as well as the label indicating “60 capsules”. This will allow us to assist you best and provide you with a prompt solution.

⚡ INCIDENT: I received Gymnema Sylvestre when ordering Berberine LEO-HB (Logistics)

We inform you that our logistics partner made a labeling error: Gymnema Sylvestre products were labeled as Berberine LEO-HB. This is an identified error and the correction is underway.
