This supplement increases NAD+ in cells which is currently being researched for various aspects of longevity and healthspan, alongside other supplements like resveratrol and curcumin. It's not something you'll really notice unless you are severely deficient - and that's only likely to be those in their 70s and onwards. As a 34-year-old, the likelihood of me being remotely deficient is effectively none. However, I take supplements like this more as a precautionary measure to mitigate against age-related decline. While I can't say the supplement "works", I trust the research and can see that as this is a high quality supplement, I should experience some benefits over time. Ultimately, a good science-backed nutrient for a reasonable price.

Too expensive for what I expected it to do. I've been a victim of the reels, hehehe. I'm sure it's very effective but honestly, I haven't noticed it. You have to take it for a long time. Don't stop buying it!!

Maybe it's because I didn't take them for the time I should have to notice something. Let's see, maybe the skin is somewhat better, possibly, but not something very noticeable, fewer wrinkles... I'd say no. Maybe I'll get motivated and start taking them again, I'll try to be more consistent, I see it works for many people, but of course. I don't believe all opinions, nor will it affect everyone the same way
