Honestly its hard to say if this is a worthy investment or not as the results of its claims are not really something you can see or feel. Or in my case, I certainly dont feel any different. Its quite expensive to not feel a difference. I probably wouldn't purchase this again.

Au début j'ai été malade à chaque prise durant le traitement.Les comprimés me donnaient la diarrhée quelques heures après.Je l'ai d'ailleurs stoppé et vu que je n'étais plus malade de façon récurrente.J'ai quand même repris le traitement, par intermittence. J'ai persévéré.Une fois le traitement fini, j'ai l'impression d'aller mieux.Notamment pour certains fromages que je ne pouvais plus manger, même en prenant de la lactase, et qui me sont redevenus possibles suite au traitement.Même si ça reste de petites quantités.Ainsi que mon ingestion d'oignons cuits. Je ne pouvais plus manger d'oignons du tout, maintenant je peux en remanger, même si ça reste peu.C'est donc positif sur le long terme malgré un démarrage difficile.

Las cápsulas contienen lactobacillus reuteri, una bacteria beneficiosa para nuestro organismo que ayuda a mantener nuestra flora intestinal y mejorar la digestión de los alimentos, esto se nota sobre todo en la disminución de la hinchazón, los gases y el malestar tras las comidas. Aunque también es cierto que a veces tarda unas semanas en notarse el efecto y no a todo el mundo le funciona igual. Pero en mi caso los probióticos me ayudan a no tener tantas molestias digestivas en épocas de estrés.
