We inform you that some capsules from batch A24138 have undergone an overcompression of material, resulting in the closure of the capsule at only one of the two intended notches.

We assure you that the full amount of the active ingredient is present and that the product meets standards, as well as being perfectly safe to consume. However, an aesthetic defect should be noted. By gently pressing each end of the capsule, you should be able to restore its original appearance.

If you are in possession of a bottle from this batch, we kindly ask you to contact us by sending a photo of the bottom of your bottle. This will allow us to offer you a discount or a replacement, according to your preference.
