There is a missing item(s) in my order, why?

It is possible that your order will be shipped in several packages from different partner logistics centers. In this situation, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available, even if they are part of an order containing items already in stock.

All our Hexagon products are proudly manufactured in France, in the Pays de la Loire region, and adhere to rigorous quality standards in a certified ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP laboratory. These standards are verified by an independent third-party organization in France.

What are the ISO 9001 & 22000 standards and the HACCP protocol?

The ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards concern respectively quality management systems and food safety management systems, ensuring that products and services meet customer needs and that food is safe to consume. The HACCP protocol is a method to control hazards in food safety. These standards are audited by the OFC.
