Shipping policy

All our shipments are made from France within 48 hours (working days) and are insured.A delay of96 hours maximum of treatment is observed in case of strong activity.

The delay of routing which is observed is up to 2 days for France and up to 7 days for the international.

In case of non-delivery*, afterverifications, we will proceed to the refunding or to the complete return of your order.

In case of problems or longer than normal delay, please check yourtracking number first.
